Produced from Koroneiki olives grown in the Kalamata region of Greece, an area acclaimed for the production of superior category olive oil.
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives & solely by mechanical means.

A full bodied olive oil with fruity and herbaceous flavours that slowly build in the mouth to leave a pleasantly warm peppery finish. Produced with Koroneiki olives that are harvested by hand using traditional methods, the oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested to ensure the flavour and nutrients remain. The name Kalamata refers to the mountainous area in the south of Greece where the oil is produced and not the olive variety, which is a common misconception. The Kalamata region is globally acclaimed for the production of superior category olive oil and has been awarded EU PDO status.

Store away from light and heat. Do not refrigerate. At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy & will start to solidify. This is natural & will disappear when returned to room temperature. Do not pour hot oil back into the bottle.
