Cooking Instructions - General. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing pouch from microwave. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.; Microwave - From Ambient. Squeeze the pouch to separate the grains. Tear open approx. 2cm. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes (700W) or 90 seconds (900W). Tear open fully, pour out, stir through and serve.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Squeeze the pouch to separate the grains. Boil 30ml water (2-3 tbsp). Add the oats and cover and simmer for 3 mins. Stir thoroughly after cooking.; Stir Fry - From Ambient. Add to the stir fry pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
