Preparation and Usage
Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 2-6 min
Rare 2-3 min
Medium 3-6 min
Needs cooking.
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Set red wine and beef stock melt and bay leaf to one side. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place steak into dry pan, turn halfway through cooking.
Remove steak from the pan and add the red wine and beef stock melt and bay leaf along with 2 tbsp (30ml) of water, stir until the melt dissolves, bring to a simmer for 30 secs then spoon over steak. Rest on a warmed plate for 5 mins.
Do not reheat.
