Preparation and Usage
Serving
1. Place cooked Duck on a serving dish. Take two forks. Place one fork into the Duck, near the bone, to hold down. With the other fork, shred all the meat from the bone using sharp downward movements.
2. Heat the Pancakes as per the instructions.
Place Pancakes on a plate. Spread a teaspoon of Sauce over the Pancake. Slice the Cucumber into small batons and slice the Spring Onions thinly. Place a small quantity of Duck, Spring Onions and Cucumber over the Sauce.
3. Roll the Pancake up and serve.

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pancakes only

These Pancakes should be cooked once all other ingredients have been prepared. Serve immediately after cooking. Cut corner off bag. Place bag on a microwaveable plate. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Duck only
Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Remove Vegetable Garnish, Sauce and Pancakes from the foil tray. Place foil tray with Duck on a baking tray in oven. Cook until skin is crispy.; Steam - From Chilled. Pancakes only
2 mins, 30 secs
Remove Pancakes from bag. Wrap in foil and lay in a colander or steamer. Place over a pan of boiling water, cover and steam.
