0.25 - 0.5kg, 2-4 Age in months: 90-150g;
0.6 - 075kg, 2-4 Age in months: 160-200g;
0.8 - 1.25kg, 2-4 Age in months: 205-275g; 4-9 Age in months: 220-250g;
1.5 - 2.0kg, 2-4 Age in months: 300-375g; 4-9 Age in months: 260-320g; 9-12 Age in months: 230-250g;
2.5 - 4.0kg, 4-9 Age in months: 365-500g; 9-12 Age in months: 290-400g;
