The dense stoneware is made with specialist clays and fired at the highest temperatures then fully enamelled, making it easy to clean and scratch-resistant. Le Creuset Stoneware Care

  • Before first use, wash the stoneware item in hot, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly

  • Do not place frozen stoneware in a preheated oven. Remove it from the freezer and place in a cold oven, then set the temperature, allowing the stoneware and oven to heat together
  • Never leave fully immersed in water
