It tells the story of man’s relationship with the earth and his dialogue with nature. Since 2016, Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel has been exploring new aspects of this fragrance.
A woody, mineral composition, Terre d’Hermès Eau de Toilette combines the power and radiance of cedar and grapefruit notes with a vibrant touch of flint.
The base of the bottle is marked with an orange H, as if to leave its imprint on the earth. Its metal shoulders highlight the transparency of the fragrance.
The Terre d’Hermès Eau de Toilette bottle unveils a range of details: the Hermès saddle nail, the sliding cover used to release the spray, etc. Designed by Philippe Mouquet, it is inspired by a bottle in a travel vanity case that is conserved at the Emile Hermès museum.
