Care and use:
• Before using for the first time, remove all packaging and hand wash in warm soapy water, drying thoroughly afterwards.
• Hand wash only
• Always dry thoroughly before putting it away and storing
• It’s oven safe at 230°C/450°F/Gas mark 8
• Lightly grease ovenware before each use
• To remove burnt on food leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers, this may damage the surface

• Do not use sharp edged utensils or knives as these may damage the finish
• Always use oven gloves when handling bakeware
