Denby Kiln Vase - 14cm, Unique Glaze

Denby's Kiln range is a true celebration of British craftsmanship using a soft calming palette of chalk white and hues of oatmeal and grey that sit at ease together. The unique freckling glaze effect that is completely different on each item makes every piece of Kiln one of a kind, yet combine to create a collection that is uncomplicated, easy to live with and love.

The shape of this small bottle vase is inspired by the early Salt glaze bottles produced by Denby in the late 19th century. Its miniature form makes it perfect for displaying a single stem and it comes presented in a contemporary Denby gift box.

Each piece of Denby stoneware is handcrafted using pottery techniques passed down through generations and can pass through as many as 20 pairs of hands during the making process. Every item of pottery is expertly glazed by skilled craftsmen and the distinctive glazes are renowned for their practicality and durability.
