Delicious with crsip sauteed kale & our rosemary & blackberry relish. For perfectley cooked, juicy burgewrs our head chef recommends: Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Preheat pan until searing hot. Season with salt and pepper. Place burgers into frying pan for 10-14 minutes, turning regularly until the juices run clear with no pink meat. Instructions are a guidline only as appliances may vary. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
