Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower with White Miso DressingIngredients (Serves 2):4-6 florets of broccoli4-6 florets of cauliflower3 tbsp Clearspring Brown Rice Vinegar2 tbsp Clearspring Sweet White Miso1 tsp wholegrain mustard1 pinch of Clearspring Traditional Sea SaltMethod:1. Steam vegetables until tender.2. Make the dressing by mixing the vinegar, miso and mustard.3. Pour dressing over the vegetables. Enjoy.
