Brewing Cafetire
For cafetires try 1 tablespoon (15g) of coffee per cup (250ml). Pour the water slowly in a circular motion to cover all the grounds. Brew for 4 minutes then plunge slowly. Let the coffee settle and enjoy.

Only grind as much coffee as you need - nothing beats the taste of freshly ground coffee. Depending on how finely you grind it, this coffee will be suitable for cafetires, filter machines or jugs. Just follow the instructions for your coffee grinder.
