For cafetires try 1 tablespoon (15g) of coffee per cup (250ml). Pour the water slowly in a circular motion to cover all the grounds. Brew for 4 minutes then plunge slowly. Let the coffee settle and enjoy.Instructions
To start, try one heaped dessert spoon of coffee per cup. For cafetires add freshly boiled water and stir. Let the flavours infuse for 3-5 minutes, then plunge away and enjoy immediately.
