Recipe {Coats four large beefsteaks}
100ml tomato puree
100g whole mustard
40g brown sugar
10ml Worcestershire sauce
10g onion, dried flakes
Combine all of the ingredients, mix well and pour over beefsteaks. Marinate the steaks overnight in well-sealed plastic bags for maximum flavour. Fire up the barbie and grill the steaks to your liking. Enjoy served with a glass of Beefsteak Club Shiraz!
Tip: Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce into the mix for a spicy twist.
