Mix together 450g raw peeled tiger prawns, 1 tsp Bart Ginger Paste,1 tsp Bark Garlic Paste, 2 tsp Bart Medium Curry Powder.
Marinate for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add the prawns and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until pink.
Crumble in 50g of Bart Creamed Coconut and add 100ml water and 3 chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes, season and stir in some freshly chopped coriander. Serve with rice and salad.Package Type
