Grapefruit Seed Extract is thought to have natural cleansing properties. You can also add it to a base shampoo or conditioner (along with other essential oils if desired) to help combat dandruff. Always use Grapefruit Seed very well diluted especially if you plan to use it in a skincare preparation.
