Use your feet in the pedals to exercise your legs, hips and buttocks, or rest the Pedal Exerciser on a table and turn the pedals with your arms for an upper body workout. Requires no external power supply. Helps with Flexibility, Strength and Fitness. Compact Design for Easy Storage. The product can be used anywhere as no power supply is required. The net weight of the product is 2.15kg. The product footprint is 34cmx36cmx47.5cm. Product is supplied unassembled.

Warnings

When used on the higher resistance settings and with sustained use this equipment can generate heat, causing the pedal shaft to become hot. Take care when handling the equipment and particulaly the pedal shaft after use due to the potential burn risk. This equipment can be used by children aged from 8 years and above.
