It doubles up to also provide soothing support when laying down. To recline, position the large, flat surface on the bed with the deepest end of the wedge below your head and under your standard pillow and you have a perfect angle to fall asleep whilst remaining slightly elevated from your usual position. This laying position can be useful for some sufferers of heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. The foam wedge can be wiped down with a damp cloth or vacuumed whilst the 80/20 cotton cover is removable and can be machine washed at a low temperature. The wedge cushion measure 24cmx60cmx65cm and weighs approx 1Kg.
