Zip Eco Charcoal Briquettes: 3-Hour Burn, Fast Lighting

Zip Eco-Friendly Charcoal is made by carefully combing waste seed and crop husks which are both sustainably sourced.
Each year the crop is harvested, excess waste plant material is compressed and heated to form our fast lighting and long burning charcoal briquettes. This means no trees are felled and no protected forests destroyed. The difference between our briquettes and traditional lumpwood is that they have a much longer cooking time, over 3 hours and are ready to cook on in less than 30 minutes.

Step One: Evenly distribute 2 - 3 Zip firelightersamongst your briquettes. When cookinglarger quantities of food, use more briquettes& firelighters as required.

Step Two: Light the firelighters. Allow 20-30 minutes for the briquettes to ashand glow before cooking. Try spreading themout evenly in a single layer if you want agentler cooking result.. Always keep the barbecue uncovered until ready to cook.
