Preparation and Usage
Cooking Suggestion: Singapore Mee Goreng (Serves 3-4) Heat wok with 2 tsps of oil. Pour in 80 g (5 tbsps) of Woh Hup Singapore Mee Goreng Paste, stir-fry with noodles (200 g dry noodles soaked and rinsed beforehand), spinach 200 g and bean sprouts 150 g for 2 minutes. Mix 2 eggs and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Dish out and garnish with sliced red chillies. Serve hot.
