Keep cool and out of sunlight Our cherry tomatoes mix consists of the following varieties: Summersun (yellow), Angelle (cherry plum), Kumato , Genio/ creativo and Bornco cherry. Enjoy our cherry tomatoes by simply washing and popping them in your mouth; they are sweet and juicy enough to be eaten as is. Cherry tomatoes are great tossed raw into salads, and combine especially well with cucumber, avocado, rocket, basil, chilli, mozarella, feta and yoghurt. Besides having them raw, cherry tomatoes are also great for cooking with; in fact, their sweetness intensifies upon cooking. Simply drizzle with olive oil and fry in a hot pan or roast at 200C for 10 minutes, until the skins blister and collapse. This is great served alongside a simple breakfast omelette, or lightly grilled fish and chicken.
