Six slices of dry cured prosciutto crudo, matured on the bone for at least 10 months to develop its full depth of flavour.
Our prosciutto crudo comes from the Fumagalli family who have been producing exceptional charcuterie since the 1920s. Originally a small family butchers in Milan, they now rear their special breeds of pigs in north Italy.
Try our prosciutto crudo as part of an antipasto platter, in sandwiches with crusty bread, strewn on pizzas, or wrapped around melon for a classic sweet-salty combination.
All our continental meats come from carefully selected farms we know and trust. They're run by dedicated farmers who meet leading European welfare standards. Whether it's salami or chorizo, pizza toppings or tapas platters, our providers give their pigs more space and better living conditions.
