History
L'Olivella was founded in 1986 by expert viticulturist Umberto Notarnicola and wine expert from Piedmont, Bruno Violo. The winery is young, dynamic with a focus on sustainable agricultural practices. Volcanic soils from the region are rich in desirable minerals which help vine development and contribute depth and complexity to the wines.
Regional Information
Vineyards cultivated using the Guyot system by producing 8.000 kg of grapes per hectare on average, and a density of around 4.500 vine roots. Volcanicorigin, rich in Potassium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. Hilly, well-exposed and ventilated.

Careful selection of grapes, carried out by hand. Late harvesting. Grapes vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with control temperature.
