Preparation

Pile it over pasta chuck it in a chilli toss it into tacos shake up your stir fry

Shallow fry: From Frozen

For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add the mince, heating for 5 minutes stirring regularly and then add to your recipe as required.
