Recipe Idea:
Perfect with teriyaki salmon. Pour a mixture of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup, mirin and sesame oil over salmon fillets. Marinate and cook in a pan. Serve on the rice.

Or for a delicious vegetarian alternative, replace the salmon with tofu and fry until crispy. Serve with pak choi and spring onions.
