Try Teriyaki Tofoo in your stir fries, on skewers, in wraps, or simply served with rice.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. How to Do Tofoo
Drain sauce & reserve if required. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200C/180C Fan, Gas Mark 6/20 mins
Bake: Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and cover in sauce if desired. Bake on a tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently. If using sauce, add for the last minute of cooking.

Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened, place in an airtight container, use within 24 hours.
Suitable for freezing, but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
