The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin. One 45g portion of this Asda granola provides at least 3g of chicory inulin. This represents 25% of the suggested daily amount of 12g, the remaining amount can be consumed from other inulin containing food and drink products.
