Instructions
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190C, Fan 170C, Gas Mark 5. Place chicken in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
To check that the chicken is cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the thigh. If the juices run clear the chicken is cooked. If the juices run pink, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes and re-test.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
Once cooked, remove from oven. Cover the chicken with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Cut the chicken into thin strips. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry on a moderate heat for 12 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving.Package Type
