Preparation and Usage
Simply: Serve with chicken, pork or vegetable escalopes.
Microwave: Pour contents into microwaveable bowl and cover loosely. Heat on full power (800w) for 3 1/2 mins, stirring halfway through.
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir continuously over a medium heat for 4-5 mins.
Ensure sauce is piping hot before serving.
Recipe Idea: Place 4 pork shoulder steaks into a casserole dish or slow cooker with a chopped onion, sliced carrots and a handful of sliced mushrooms.
Add the White Wine & Herb Gravy and a splash of cider. Cook slowly for 1 1/2-2 hours at 180c or until the pork is cooked and tender, checking throughout.
Top Tip: Add sliced sweet apple and a tbsp of wholegrain mustard 30 mins before the end of cooking. Serve with crispy roast potatoes and fresh vegetables.
