Preparation and Usage

Instructions
Recipe: Serves 2
You will need:
200g large raw prawns, peeled
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp of oil
1. Soak rice noodles in boiling water with a dash of oil for 8-10 minutes until soft, then drain, rinse in cold water and toss to separate.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, add prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in the beaten egg and stir fry for a few seconds until slightly scrambled.
4. Lower the heat, add the noodles and the sauce then stir fry for 2-3 minutes until noodles are hot.
5. Add the sachet of peanuts, shallots and carrots, mix well and serve.
You may substitute prawns with diced chicken or chopped vegetables.
Tip: Add lime wedges and chopped coriander to finish off the dish.

- 200g Chicken Breast (sliced) or 250g Tofu (sliced)
- 1 Red Pepper (sliced), 4-5 Spring Onions (chopped), Handful of Bean Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
Cook in 3 Simple Steps: Ready in 15 Mins!
1 Soak the noodles in boiled water (9 mins). Drain and cool under running cold water.
2 Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken & cook thoroughly (3 mins). Add the egg & scramble until cooked.
3 Stir in the sauce, noodles & vegetables until thoroughly cooked (3 mins) & sprinkle the peanuts before serving.

Tailor your dish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
