Preparation and Usage
How to Use: Shake well before opening. Add towards the end of cooking, as you would fresh herbs.
Recipes
SPICY KALE & GARLIC SPAGHETTI
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
Serves 4
300g spaghetti
150g kale
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. Tarantella Liquid Garlic
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Basil
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Chilli
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7 minutes, add in the kale and cook for a further 4 minutes, drain, reserving a little pasta water.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes, add the garlic, basil and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the spaghetti and kale with a little pasta water.
Drizzle over the remaining oil to serve
Cooks tip
Use tagliatelle or other shapes of pasta instead of the spaghetti or swap the kale for Cavolo Nero.
