Pad thai for 2 Mix In a pan bring to a boil, 2.5 tbsp of Tamarind Paste, 2.5 tbsp of sugar, 5 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of garlic and 1.5 tbsp of fish sauce then simmer Fry Fry off prawns or tofu before adding and scrambling the egg, add 1/2 a sliced onion and 3 tsp garlic until softened before adding in the tamarind mix Toss Stir through cooked noodles and bean sprouts, garnish with peanuts and a squeeze of lime
