Slow fermentation helps unlock deep umami flavour naturally, creating herby sausages with a firm texture and satisfying bite. High in protein, a source of fibre and low in saturated fat, they're designed to bring more flavour and better nutrition to everyday meals. Cook in a pan, oven or on the grill. Serve with mash, traybakes and breakfasts, add to stews or slice into pasta dishes. • Hob: Preheat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan set over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and add the sausages to the pan. Cook for 9 minutes, turning occasionally until piping hot.
• Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging, spray or brush the sausages with oil and place into the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 7 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through cooking.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at or below 5 °C....Once opened, consume within 2 days....Do not exceed the expiry date shown on the front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Once defrosted (in fridge), use within 24hrs. Do not refreeze.

Usage: Serve ideas: cassoulet, spiced naan roll or with creamy mash
