Use each plaster only once. Never burst blisters as this increases the risk of infection. If the blister becomes reddened or painful, seek medical advice. Do not use after expiry date - see base of pack. Do not use on infected blistered. Do not use if seal is open.

Always wash hands before use and after treating a blister. Clean the blister and surrounding area, then dry thoroughly. Remove the plaster from the backing paper, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface. Place the plaster centrally over the affected area and smooth the edges.
