Great for baking light, fluffy cakes, marvellous muffins, beautiful brownies and many delicious bakes.
Recipes
The secret to a perfect Victoria Sandwich: Sieve 175g self-raising flour & 1tsp baking powder in a big bowl. Then add... 3 fresh eggs + 175g caster sugar + 175g Stork baking margarine + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Whisk until silky smooth and divide into two 18cm-20cm tins. Bake at 180C, 160C fan, Gas mark 4 for 30mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool before adding your favourite filling & a dusting of icing sugar. Share with family or friends and enjoy
