Preparation and Usage
Enjoy drinking Stauning El Clsico Rye Whisky neat, on the rocks, or in a Stauning Sazerac:
6 cl. (2 oz.) Stauning El Clsico Rye Whisky,
1 cl. (0.5 oz.) absinthe,
1 cl. (0.5 oz.) sugar syrup,
2 cl. (1 oz.) cognac,
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters.
Rinse a low-ball glass with Absinthe then discard. Stir over remaining ingredients over ice then strain into the glass. Rub a lemon peel on the rim of the glass and drop it in the drink to garnish.
