Sosu Yakisoba Meal Kit - 237g | Japanese Noodles

Sosu Yakisoba Noodle Meal Kit: this meal kit is inspired by one of the most popular street foods in Japan.
It includes individual sachets of SOSU Miso cooking paste, SOSU Teriyaki cooking sauce, SOSU Togarashi seasoning, and SOSU noodles, providing all the essential components for a delicious Yakisoba stir-fry.
Just add your choice of protein (meat or a plant-based alternative, perfect with tofu!), vegetables and follow the recipe steps inside the kit or online that will guide you through the cooking process.

01. SEASON PROTEIN
Slice the chicken breast or your protein of choice. Mix with 1 tbsp of oil and half of the SOSU Togarashi Seasoning.
Slice the onion and two peppers. Keep them aside.

02. COOK NOODLES
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the SOSU Noodles and stir to prevent them from sticking together.
Cook for 6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.

03. STIR-FRY
Heat a large non-stick frying pan/wok over medium/high heat, add the seasoned chicken, vegetables and the SOSU Miso Cooking Paste (the small sachet) and fry for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Lower the heat, add the cooked noodles and the SOSU Teriyaki Cooking Sauce (the big sachet). Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

04. SERVE AND ENJOY
Divide between 2 bowls. Chop the spring onions and add on top. Enjoy!
Tip: Sprinkle over the rest of the SOSU Togarashi Seasoning for a spicier kick!
