New Zealand Suitable for freezing Product life guaranteed for 4 days excluding delivery day, with an average of 13 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing, freeze on or before use by date. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze. Allow the meat to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove from packaging, brush joint with oil and season. Place joint into a medium/high heated pan and sear fat for 5 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/ gas mark 5. Place on a baking tray fat side up and put in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes (rare), 25 minutes (medium) and 30 minutes (well done). Remove from oven and cover with foil. Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes prior to serving. Outer bag is fully recyclable and compostable, inner bag is not currently recyclable.
