It’s hot, but not too hot, garlicky but not too garlicky and the perfect consistency for pouring over just about anything. Sauce Shop Original Hot Sauce only contains four ingredients... Jalapenos, vinegar, salt and garlic. Nothing but flavour here, with no starches or gums in sight.
Sauce Shop is stirring up the world of condiments. What started in the kitchen of two food lovers – Pam and James, is now a full-blown flavour obsession. We make all our sauces right here in Nottingham using natural ingredients. Flavour is life.
We barrel age our Jalapenos to get that complex fruity flavour that makes our Original Hot Sauce so tasty. Lacto-fermenting our chillies (the same process used to make sauerkraut) gives an amazing depth of flavour that other hot sauces just don't have.
