To oven cook from chilled: 18 minutes Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap fish in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. To poach from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Low heat. 7 mins Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place fish into a suitably sized pan. Cover with milk or water, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. During cooking: Cook for 7 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
