Care and use:
Save on energy by using the right sized heat source for the width of the pan. Don't allow the flame or heat source to go beyond the base of the pan.Don't use a high heat setting. A low to medium heat setting is recommended when using this product to allow the pan to heat gradually. Don't leave the pan empty when the heat is on and don't allow the pan to boil dry. Make sure the handles are not left over a heat source. And always lift the pan from the hob when moving - don't drag it as this may cause scratches. To keep it looking its best, only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils as metal utensils may damage the non-stick coating.
