Preparation and Safety

For the perfect tea, boil freshly drawn water and leave to cool for 1-2 minutes. Use one tea bag per person and alternatively if preparing a teapot, use one per person and one for the pot. Allow the tea bag to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on preferred strength. Best enjoyed without milk.
