How to use 

1. To open bag, pull top edge apart. 

2. Place food into bag and expel air before closing. 

3. To close bag, run fingers along seal line to lock the two sides together. 

4. Use date and contents panel to label bags for ease of identification 

Caution 

- To avoid the danger of suffocation, please keep bags away from babies and small children. 

- Allow hot food to cool fully before putting into the bags. 

- Not suitable for REHEATING or COOKING in a microwave oven. 

- When a microwave oven is used for defrosting, always refer to the manufacture's handbook for instructions. 

- Before use in a microwave oven, pierce the film at the top of the bag to allow steam to escape. 

- Do not refreeze after defrosting. 

- Not suitable for use in conventional ovens. 

- Ensure that food is completely thawed before reheating or cooking. 

- After emptying the bag, check that no plastic has stuck to the contents. 

- To prevent bags from splitting when freezing, do NOT overfill.
