cooking instructions 1: Get sizzling •Slice 500g chicken breast and 2 peppers into strips and cut 1 onion into half moon slices. •In a bowl, mix the chicken with 30ml oil and the smoky BBQ fajita seasoning. •Heat a heavy based frying pan until hot and add the chicken. Fry for 3 minutes or until browned. Add the onion and peppers and cook for a further 4 minutes or until cooked through. Keep turning the chicken and vegetables whilst cooking. 2: Just before serving •Remove the tortillas from their packaging. •To microwave: Place the tortillas onto a microwavable plate, sprinkle with water, cover and heat on full power for 35 seconds (800W), 30 seconds (900W) or individually for 10 seconds (800W/900W) Oven cook: Remove the tortillas from the packaging and wrap them in foil. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven (150°C/130°C Fan/Gas Mark 2) for 10 minutes 3: Ready to wrap •Each take a warm tortilla, spoon in the chicken and vegetables and top with mild tomato salsa. Roll the wrap around the filling and tuck in! Why not try serving with Chipotle and Lime Sour Cream? To make the Chipotle and Lime Sour Cream you will need: Ingredients •150g sour cream •25g chipotle paste •2 limes, zest and juice Method 1.Make the chipotle sour cream by mixing the lime, chipotle paste and sour cream together. 2.Drizzle into your fajita.
