Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: Oven. Before cooking: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/200°C Fan /Gas mark 7. Empty the contents of the bag into a large mixing bowl, add 100ml of lukewarm water and mix with a fork to form a smooth dough. During cooking: Knead well on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic, roll out to form an 8 circle. Leave the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise and double in size.
