Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: hob. Before cooking: place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 100g of pasta). During cooking: add salt to taste and boil, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time results in a more al dente (firm) texture. After cooking: when pasta is cooked drain immediately and serve.
