This unique wine, aged in small oak barrels and bottled without filtration, belongs to a new selection of rare and exceptional cuvées produced in limited quantities from the Languedoc region in the South of France. The Révélation series reveals the special soil and micro-climate from a region that has remained largely undiscovered outside France.

Blending together knowledge of traditional techniques with a background in New World wines, Catherine and Laurent Delaunay follow a 150-year family tradition of creating and discovering special wines which express the most unique qualities of the region.
