These unique wines, aged in small oak barrels and bottled without filtration, belong to a new selection of rare and exceptional cuveés produced in limited quantities from the Languedoc region in the South of France.

The “Révélation” series reveals the special soil and micro-climate from a region that has remained largely undiscovered outside France.

Blending together knowledge of traditional techniques with a background in New World wines, Catherine and Laurent Delaunay follow a 150-year family tradition of creating and discovering special wines which express the most unique qualities of the region.

Tasting notes:

Nose of black current, plum and dark chocolate. Subtle complex notes of plummy red fruits, blackberry and oaky, autumnal notes on the palate with a satisfying finish.
