What You Need:
2 cup chickpeas (cooked)
2 potato, diced
2 red onion, finely diced
2 tomato, diced
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 green chilli
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbs Rajah Chaat Masala
Method:
1 Place potatoes in a saucepan and boil until soft. Once cooked, drain.
2 In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
3 Sprinkle over Chaat Masala, mix well.
4 Squeeze over lime juice, mix well.
5 Garnish with lime and coriander leaf.Package Type
