As you follow iFIT Trainers, SmartAdjust™ will automatically change your 22 digital resistance levels based on your workout history and performance. Sit back comfortably and embrace longer workout rides with plenty of lower back support and a cushioned seat. If you only want to do manual workouts without iFIT, the built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including distance, resistance, and more.

When you’re finished with your workout, easily lift your bike up on one side and use the transport wheels to roll the bike to a corner to maximize your space.
